Spring?The icy mounds are scraped away By the harsh sunlight. It reveals the funeral piles, The accepted decay of the world in autumn.
To die,
Be covered, Have the sun uncover, Then be reborn from the ashes. Were this the life of man it would seem cruel.
Few tears were shed. Those by the once innocent discovering mortality.
What is there to rejoice in spring? A mother dying to give birth to her child. The life of the child just as short. The endless cycle of death and rebirth.
I prefer the fall. The simplicity and purity of de Spring?
